INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL PARADE PARTICIPANTS:
DAY OF PARADE, SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th

Stonewall Democrats is Parade Entry # 8.
Line-Up will take place on Wycliff (actually Douglas) EAST of Cedar Springs, between Lemmon Ave. and Cedar Springs Rd. near the Krogers grocery store.

ALL PERSONS walking with Stonewall Democrats this year MUST arrive by 12:30 PM sharp in the Staging Area for entry placement and final parade day instructions. DO NOT BE LATE !!!

ALL NON-CANDIDATES AND STONEWALL MEMBERS walking with Stonewall Democrats in the Pride Parade this year WILL WEAR a "Bill White for Texas" T-shirt. We will provide the T-shirts for you to wear in various sizes at the Staging Area. This is not optional - but is MANDATORY for entry uniformity and for visual impact reasons.

ALL CANDIDATES and their families will be permitted to wear their own campaign shirts if they choose - but we ask that only the candidate and their immediate family members of the candidate walk in the parade with us.
Candidates should NOT bring your campaign staff/supporters to walk in the parade.
Our entry is limited in size to only 50 feet per official parade rules and the Dallas Tavern Guild will be enforcing the rules more strictly than in years past.
Unfortunately, we simply do not have the room necessary to accomodate a coterie of staff/supporters 
for all of our local candidates so we are limiting it to the candidate and their immediate family ONLY.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
Any local Democratic candidate that wishes to walk with us in the parade is welcome and encouraged to do so provided that they only bring immediate family with them to walk with us in the parade.

ALL DALLAS COUNTY DEMOCRATIC PARTY STAFF
are also welcome to walk with us in the Parade and wear shirts of their choice.

Children are also welcome to participate with us, but we ask that children younger than 8 be left at home with a babysitter. This will be a fast moving parade.
No strollers or wagons please !
